Homemade Bread

My aunt used to run a bakeshop and cafeteria at the corner of a busy street in our town. I remember looking after the shop during summer vacation and would occasionally play with the dough with Mang June, the baker.

After a few years, I am finally able to bake bread! It feels great learning something new and felt like I gained +1 level up for baking a bread!

 How to Bake a Bread

Ingredients:
Flour, Yeast, Sugar, Salt
Milk and Vanilla Extract

I followed the YouTube videos from the links below and learned the basics in making the dough. I used milk and a drop of vanilla as topping + sprinkled some flour as well.

I don't own any measuring cups (except the measuring cups from the rice cooker) nor those spoons so I had to use my instincts. Fresh from the oven, the crust was crispy and not easy to slice. The bread sure was heavy as well, so I figured that I can improve this even more. And it was all finished - we ate it! I guess I should have added more sugar and let it sit longer to make it more fluffier, what do you guys think?
